Pollinators: they may be tiny, but they’ve got BIG responsibilities. The food on your table? It’s all because of bees and other pollinators.
There are many different pollinators, including bees, butterflies, moths, wasps, flies, beetles, hummingbirds, and even bats!
A sure-fire way to bring pollinators into your garden is by planting natives. In our Homegrown National Park, we have planted Blue Curls, Beach Sunflower, Spotted Bee Balm, Lance Leaf Tickseed, and more. If you’ve walked through, we are sure you have seen an array of pollinators enjoying the habitat.
Another great way to invite pollinators is by planting perennials. Our top 3 favorites are Salvia, Penta, and Lantana. These add a pop of color and ensure happy pollinators in your garden all year long.
