4 Ways to Use Edible Moringa

Do you recognize these leaves? 🌿 They belong to an extremely versatile plant with almost all parts of it being edible. Did you guess it? It’s Moringa!

You heard that right, almost all parts of this plant are edible! It’s also packed with vital nutrients like calcium, iron, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and E!

Here are 4 of the many different ways you can use Moringa:

1. Add fresh, tender leaves into a salad or soups as a spinach replacement.🥗

2. Dried leaves can be used whole or crushed into a powder and added to smoothies or teas.☕️

3. Use young, tender seed pods, often called “drumsticks,” in soups and stews.🍲

4. Roast mature seeds in the oven for a crunchy, nutty snack.🌱
