Looking to try something new? Try growing veggies from seeds!🥬🍅

There’s lots of information on the back of a seed packet, so “lettuce” break it down for you:

Days to Emerge/Germinate: this is when you can expect to see your seedlings start to sprout

Seed Depth: this will tell you how deep to plant your seed
*bigger seeds typically get planted deeper and smaller seeds get planted closer to the surface

Seed Spacing: this tells you how far apart to plant the seeds and how many per hole
*for larger seeds, it’s recommended to do one per hole, and 2-3 per hole for smaller seeds

Thinning: tells you when and how much to cut back
*this ensures the remaining seedlings have enough room to grow without crowding

All seeds vary on planting instructions so it’s important to read carefully.

Anybody can sell you plants, we make sure you succeed.
