Bananas: the most consumed fresh fruit in the U.S. and you can grow them in your backyard! 😱🍌

Here at Kerby’s, we sell many varieties of banana trees year-round, including Chiquita, Dwarf Cavendish, Ice Cream, and Truly Tiny.

Dwarf Cavendish has a compact growing habit with high yields, best for small gardens or patios.

The Chiquita variety is the most similar to the ones you see in grocery stores. It’s a large tree that can produce 150 lbs. of bananas!

The Ice Cream Banana is one of the most delicious varieties we offer. Best known for its sweet and creamy flavors!

Truly Tiny is a banana variety that only grows around 4 feet! It can be used as an ornamental plant but will also produce tiny 1-2-inch-long bananas.

For all banana varieties, once they flower and produce fruit, the stalk will die back but new pups and eventual trees will emerge, supplying you with more bananas for years to come!

Anybody can sell you plants, we make sure you succeed.
